Hi, I’m Ainslie — Your Grief Coach
I know what it feels like to have the ground disappear beneath you. To lose someone or something, that defined your world, and to wonder how you’re supposed to keep going.
That’s not just a starting point for my work.
It’s the reason I do it.
Grief has a way of making you feel completely alone, even when you’re surrounded by people who love you. I experienced that firsthand. The sleepless nights, the numbness, the moments of wondering who you even are anymore without the person, relationship, or life you’ve lost.
What I found in that darkness was that the right support changes everything. Not advice from the sidelines. Not being told how to feel or how long to grieve. But genuine, compassionate guidance, someone walking alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re carrying and find your way through it.
That experience became the foundation of Good Grief Coaching. I built this practice because I know what it means to feel lost, and I know what it means to find your way back. I want to help you do the same.
My approach is warm, honest, and entirely focused on you. There’s no expectation that you’ll grieve in a particular way or on a particular timeline.
Every person I work with is different. Every loss is different. So every coaching journey is different too. What stays consistent is the process — a structured, compassionate framework that helps you:
